到了店里跟我说水床房没有了，没有就没有吧，无所谓了，但是服务态度真心一般，最最最重要一点负一楼房间信号基本没有，店里的无线网也是很烂，难道帝都就这样啊？而且酒店里不提供饮用水，觉得对不起这个价位，而且位置不好找，不推荐，下次也不会再来！！！

酒店设施还可以，就是服务态度太差啦！也许因为住的人多的缘故吧！酒店有个前台女服务员态度特别差，我住的358一宿的房，本来定住到16号，十七号退房，房费一天一结，因为她们的缘故弄错了，结果16号就让我走人！而且直言就是通知我，根本不听我说话！奇葩，住了这么多年的店，从来没碰到过这样不讲理了，本来想投诉她的，结果那个男服务员态度还不错，又给我换了间房，想想算了，出门在外的，闹僵了我黑更半夜的带两孩子去哪找旅店呀！没办法就忍了，但是实在是气呀！

住过这么多酒店，这家算最差的！设施差算了，房间清洁做的特别差，根本不想第二次，和老妈来旅游，图片拍的那么好，欺骗消费者嘛……希望我的点评让各位引以为戒！
