别人的评价不错，抄一部分：是住宅改的公寓，单元门和房间门都需刷卡，安全性还是很高的。除了没有电梯稍显不便外，房间很大、干净，阳光不错，早餐自助品种也较丰富。满意！周边地铁一公里多，吃的东西也多，逛逛还不错

不错 居民楼改建的，房间很大 内装修也不错。就是洗澡冷，可能是卫生间太大的缘故吧。整体还是不错的
