该酒店地处台湖镇政府东约1公里，紧临公路，很容易找到。酒店环境较好，布局大方气派，客房与会议餐饮休闲区域独立，颇为幽静。酒店房间干净整洁，设施完备，装饰素雅，卧具舒适，我住的是大床房，推窗见景，一派田园风光，十分惬意。这里的服务人员彬彬有礼，落落大方。餐厅（芙蓉厅）很大，有会议时提供自助餐，其实点餐也很方便。出门就是通7路，交通较为方便。该酒店距离星湖园度假村不远，约两站路。
