酒店位置非常好，距离故宫步行的话仅15分钟，价格也还行，就是房间稍微老了点，是居家旅行之首选。

曾多次入住该“宾馆”，但这次带着领导和同事兴冲冲前往，却很失望。一是前台服务员素质差，连基本的收费原则都不懂，押金当房费收并当天就入账，刷卡不知道预授权；二是定的商务房，只给普通房；三是网上订房时说免费上网，如需用宾馆电脑，则20元一天。但房间的电视机和电脑是一体的，可遥控自由选择看电视或上网，房间没有任何指示说上网要另收费。如果您不留意，就会每天都被多收20元一天；四是客房服务一般。
但宾馆地理位置好，办事还算方便。

卫生条件还可以吧，但是距离故宫很近，距离王府井也比较近，特别是门口有82路汽车，可以直达鸟巢，水立方以及国家科技馆，屋里有宽带，性价比很高。

地理位置不错，但房间太陈旧，电视很旧且不清晰，房间内没有可以自己烧热水的壶，必须让服务员送，但服务员服务太差，卫生上有待改进，但暖气和24小时热水不错。
