首先我定了两个标间，到了没有，换成了其他房，比较小。电视遥控不太灵，淋浴水不热，离店时工作人员态度差。你们同程旅游定酒店这方面每次要被人疑问有没有定酒店，服务很差

看在服务态度还不错，加上睡得还好的份上，提几点建议，一，房间内灯光太暗，非常昏暗的感觉，不上档次；二，电视频道太少，有些频道的显示效果太差，有些频道还有很大的噪音，没法看。优点，出去吃饭很方便，旁边有好几家吃饭的，各种类型，
