离口腔医院很近、10分钟左右可到。房间卫生干净、床睡着也很舒服，还有单人早餐（没去食用、无法评价早餐的好坏、丰富与否)。开始只定了一天、第二天再想续定时价位上千，只能又换了国图宾馆（国图也很干净)、虽然第三天价位又下调了、但实在不想搬来搬去的有点麻烦、一直在国图住了4天。若订到四、五百的房间、还是此酒店性价比高。

离店结账POS机有故障，耽误很长时间也没办成。还是第二天才办结。四星酒店出现这种情况说明一设备质量硬件不过关不能满足客户需求；二无应急机制减少客户等待时间及对客户的补偿！湖北大厦一直以来都感觉卫生干净愿意住这。这次印象大打折扣。

酒店服务非常好，前台接待很热情，办理入住速度快，放进很干净，空调也好用，设施齐全，该有的都有了，很有档次，带孩子来玩，住的很好，被子稍微厚些有点热，别的都很好
