服务极差，从前台到客房。
9月27值班的前台小姐，毫无服务用语，办理退房流程完全不会，当着客人打电话问：那个房间客人要退房，怎么处理？什么叫怎么处理？又说东西损坏，一会儿又说房号好像不对。从始至终把客人当空气，最后发现自己错了，连个抱歉都没有。
不开除就关门吧。
