极度差评！！！！！出差来北京住了一晚，第二天火车去洛阳出差，走的急把电脑落在房间，打电话打了一下午都不接，报警后警方过去还不配合，要求调监控才拿出来，又从洛阳坐火车返回来用身份证取，本来就是有事出差耽误事不说，还来来回回折腾了几趟火车，很无奈，难道服务员看到有东西落在房间不该主动联系吗？自己出了问题态度还不好，服务态度极度差评！！！存在这种现象怎么能有开酒店资格。我很愤怒。。
