每次来都住这里，这次唯一不满意的就是空调，房间温度怎么也升不起来，这个季节有点凉，不知道和落地玻璃有没有关系，还是推荐这里，习惯了

这家酒店虽然不挂星但是看别人网上评价都说酒店不错，硬件设施好什么的，然后就定了这家，谁知道来的时候发现他们家地理位置不行虽然属于王府井商区但是还都要坐车，地铁站也很远，在北京等公交是真心冷。
房间感觉还可以，卫浴都是科勒的，房间洗手间空间也够，但是住进来几个小时后就发现空调不给力了，一直都是通风状态房间也不暖，前台喊了维修小哥过来说没办法，就是这样的，看到我们要投诉就说给我们送一个取暖器来，等了半个多小时也不见送来，打电话再问说根本没有取暖器，维修小哥就是故意欺骗嘛，后来协调换房间发现他们家房间温度都不高，开一晚上也升不上一度，就这样折腾了一晚，我们要投诉也不接受，只说明天去建议，有什么用。只怪我们是预付款，只能接受。

总体来讲还可以，但是每天卫生间的东西有时候会不给换新的，床相比别的大床小了一点，但是还是挺干净的，位置也可以。
