这家洲际和之前住过的金融街洲际在服务和一些设备上相差太大，服务管理问题不少，很失望。1、入住已是00:39分，前台一位短发留着刘海的服务员接待的，冲头至尾板着个脸，挺不耐烦，这和金融街洲际的每位服务员宾至如归的服务热情相差太大了，不能接受。2、一进房间就闻到一股油漆味，第二天得知同层的有个房间刚装修完，那么为啥房间里不配备空气净化器？为啥金融街洲际房间里就有净化器呢？3、防客人就和防贼似的，把冰箱给锁住了。4、早餐人多，位子不够，我们在边上等位，排第一个，一位穿黑衣的领班看到老外来了就主动让他们插我的队，在国内自己人都那么崇洋媚外，到国外难怪中国人受欺负5、我们住的房间1424四周所有的墙壁都是用板材隔的，请问这和外面的民宿有何区别？连卫生间的也是，隔音极差，隔壁房的手机震动的铃声都听得清清楚楚，我们睡眠不好，所以每次出门都选五星及以上的酒店，这次真被北辰洲际给坑惨了6、夜晚在射灯下看到弥漫着很多灰尘，后来发现手一摸板材墙面，都是灰，找到原因时我们也快退房了，说出来都是泪，这两天不知道吸了多少灰尘。最后再强调一下我还是IHG的会员。我从来没有给商家打过这么低的分，也是第一次写这么长的评
