还不错 设施很满意 下次元旦想试试住特色房，体验下圆形浴缸。唯一不好的地方就是吃早餐的时候知道是两个人，非要追着让男友补登记信息，尴尬。。别的酒店都不管那么多。

洲际一贯的风格 酒店比较新 带小孩不建议入住 装修味道大 设施也很新！
下面说说服务，入住感觉不错，礼宾部主动拿行李，前台接待也很nice叮嘱注意事项，员工都有问好，退房也是态度很好让提意见，但是说发票没有了，会明天帮我寄过来，主动帮忙叫车！
BUT我回来后一周算周末整9天没有收到发票，隔周的周一打到前台去问，答应落实后给个回复，但是无回复！第二天收到一条短信说发票已寄出给了个单号晚上我才查到单号是刚发出的！！！那就是说9天都没有给顾客办，这就算答复？一般商务酒店都不会忘的！五星的售后就是这样的？这个我真的非常不满意！
