该酒店位置较好，特别是到首都机场非常方便。酒店设施比较满意，房间布局合理，房间有些设备是有竹藤编制，低碳环保，服务人员态度较好。由于是竹藤组织是独立于政府的国际民间组织，所以该酒店经常有国际友人下榻。周一到周四有特价房，价格比较实惠。
