真的感觉很差劲！我提前三天跟酒店说我之前订好的房间能不能退，行程有变的确没办法，我跟艺龙打电话，艺龙告诉我只要酒店同意就可以，我立即到酒店去咨询，前台告诉我不归他们管，给我一个电话，那人又把这事推出去，真是无语了，酒店就差那一天房费么！这样没有良心的酒店真是干不长远！！

我现在在火车上，明天晚上才到北京。我在第一时间发现预订时间有误订成今晚25日的房间了，就拨通了酒店的电话，酒店说得联系艺龙网，我就给艺龙网打了电话，前后不超过5分钟，结果两个商家互相推诿扯皮 以不能取消订单不能改变订单日期等霸王条款拒绝退款，拒绝 更改日期，还引导我转让房间，真是笑话，艺龙网真会算账，转让还再收一笔佣金，靠这种卑劣的营销方式坑骗消费者钱财，如艺龙网不能给出明确答复，我必将控诉至艺龙网注册地12315，如当地消协不予支持，咱们明年315晚会见，我就不信如此霸王条款还能如此猖狂。我 被骗了571元。大家吸取教训，千万不要在艺龙旅行网定酒店 了。这个欺诈网站!等着吧！
