前台服务超级好，热心耐心又周到，主动提醒我有会员打折，笑嘻嘻的样子好可爱，客房服务阿姨也特别贴心，知道我住的久，主动添了洗衣液，还留下纸条，心里很暖，酒店整体干净舒服，价格也很划算，早餐也很丰富，前台直接续了几天的房，还含早餐，棒棒棒

酒店位置距离798挺近的，逛累了休息一下，酒店干净给人很舒适的感觉，前台服务员也特别热情周到，帮我解决一下问题，房间也挺大床也很舒服，给人一种心静的感觉

出差连住了一个多星期，南方人到北京会觉得特别不适应，来的期间特别冷，但晚上回到就店看到工作人员留下的便签，好温暖。很久没有选择快捷酒店，清洁师常红英，让我为之改观，细节贴心程度比很多五星酒店做的都好。下次来还会选择。

早餐不錯。阿姨打掃親切有禮貌。若包裹寄酒店，得自己看著點。一人房看房型，有間有異味、後來換了一間很滿意的住了一週。不過常住外的我，好像常碰到酒店淋浴間排水不通或太慢的情況😢
