酒店前台服务员很不专业，现场在网上订的酒店，发票的事情专门找前台确认，说可以在他们前台现场开。结果退房时说不能开，关键是人家前台根本就不承认说过可以在他们前台开发票啊！最后还得自己联系同程帮忙补发票。小事情，但糟心！
