办理入住的服务人员态度好，因为我们有车需要停，也告诉我们怎么缴费合适。但第二办退房的男服务人员就不太好了，我向他咨询停车收费标准他直接让我办60元车证，等我出门结算才45元，多收的也不能退，虽然钱不多，但让我觉得不舒服。

这个酒店位置很好，就在长安街上，治安也很好！周围购物、吃饭不是很方便。酒店有自助餐178元一位，基本上没有什么吃的。早餐定价148万，贵到没有朋友！
酒店装修很落后和三星级招待所差不多
房间设备很落后，电视老的都不想看
浴缸也是上个世纪的感觉
房间整体设施和三星级标准差不多
如果只是为了附近办事近还可以，这个价格完全对不住自己，附近的内蒙古大厦环境比这好非常非常多！
