房间很宽敞，上下楼不方便，比较安静。弄脏了一条浴巾就让陪60块钱，酒店那种白浴巾估计进价十块钱都不到，太黑了。

酒店空间很大，算上沙发可以睡3个人，还有好多椅子，采光也很好，虽然临中关村大街，但是晚上也没噪音，可能是窗户隔音做得好，而且窗户很大，能够打开通风。除了比较旧和档次不算太高，住起来还是蛮舒服的。

酒店设施有点旧，只能说还可以，另外就是没有餐饮，做电梯要等很久，很不方便。周围尽然找不到超市，有点晕。

这家酒店整体还不错，比较老，但房间很大，价格适中，电梯比较麻烦， 在19层，但地理位置很好~

地理位置方便，在中科大厦楼内，房间在20层\21层。楼下是中关村数码港，买电子数码产品非常方便。宾馆离地铁5号线非常近,从地铁4号线C1出口走地下通道不到200米,不用上到地面就可以直接到宾馆-2层,乘电梯可以直接到房间楼层,总台在1层,.房间虽然有点老，但非常大，也很干净，值这个价格。2楼有美食城，味道还可以，早上10点开业。楼下有KFC，马路对面有小店吃早餐。
建议在地铁通道去往中科大厦-2层电梯间的拐弯处添加一个宾馆的醒目标志就更方便了。

房间真的好宽敞。。。一个人住有点儿大。。。就是空调有点郁闷，中央空调，噪音有点大，其他都很好。
