酒店设施一般，主要弊病是没有外窗，网上写的带窗房间其实不是真正的窗户，窗户外面是内走廊，感觉很不安全。以后不会来住了……

第一次到北京，因为赶早上的车，就想选个安全、方便的，挑来挑去选了这家，距离北京西站步行十五分钟。卫生、服务都不错！早餐菜品比较单一！

带着家人去北京玩，住了四天。整体感觉酒店还是很不错的，位置非常好，到北京西站很方便，不远处又有地铁9号线，市内出行也很便捷，客房没有想象的大，但设施比较齐全，看着也比较干净，不足就是略显陈旧，酒店服务人员总体素质还是比较专业的，需要改进的就是进一步提升服务人员，对客人所提出疑问和需求的耐心解释和沟通的能力。总之，选择入住桂龙是成功的决定。

实话实说:早餐58元一位太坑，清炒土豆片、清炒豆芽、炒芹菜、凉菜是凉拌茴子白，主食是鸡蛋炒白大米饭，喝了一杯牛奶竟然是牛奶兑水，顿时餐意全无，第一次喝牛奶兑水，500一晚上的酒店这样的早餐恐怕实在交待不过去吧。长点心吧，最后一次住这。另外，艺龙网服务很好，临时退房办理太贴心了。订酒店还会选艺龙，只是这个酒店就免了。
