酒店是常委党政机关会议的下属宾馆，正规，安全，地点很好，离公交站就三分钟，地铁十分钟，去哪里都相当方便，并且离北京站很近，退北京一卡通很方便。酒店非常安静，一点噪音都没有，虽然附近不是商圈但是超市和水果店也不远，拐个弯就到了。主要是价位也很合适。能定到这样一家酒店相当满意了，下次来还会选择京都苑宾馆。总的来说哪哪都好
