入住后房卡忘了开通！房内热,水壶一大层水垢，要求更换，服务员说都是这样有水垢水壶。br房内忘了给毛巾，浴巾，还好我一直自带。烦的是，次日结帐，忘向我问毛巾，浴巾等咋都沒了！
