房间还可以，费用比较贵，退房时间太早，12点前退，否则加收半天房费，协商后能延迟延迟到一点，主要就在北师里面，安全和便利性较好，看各自各自需要吧

总体感觉很好，就是偏贵了一些，不过来考试的，还是以考试的目的为主吧。
窗户临着大街，感觉如果开窗的话会无比的喧闹，就是车来车往的赶脚，如果不开窗吧又会十分的闷，只能开门通风。热水一会儿极热一会儿极凉，有点儿闹心。女朋友评价说这地方估计跟如家差不多，但是就是服务可能更好一些，每天都会有报纸，而且在前台称呼一律都是老师，服务态度真的是特别好的。
