酒店里有冰箱，但是冰箱是不自制冷的，于是要求换一台，换来的是比较脏的一台，上面有灰尘，里面长绿毛了，只好自己搞了一下卫生。其他的都还比较干净，还是满意的，就是电梯有点麻烦，刷卡的时候感应不好。有个工作人员嫌弃我们耽误他时间了，说话语气不好！总的来说，酒店地理位置优越，坐地铁，公交车很方便，离天安门只有2站路，前门大街、大栅栏就在附近方便出行，就是酒店有点年头了，环境设施一般！，隔音不好，能听到隔壁房间的呼噜声和走廊里的说话声！
