房间免费升级了给，忘记带身份证，前台安排人一同办理，都很好，房间设备也很新，唯一美中不足的就是停车场出入口是同一个，太堵车堵了好几次，这是设计问题，不是工作人员问题啊。建议酒店老板规划下能不能设计下出口入口分开
