这是第三次入住这酒店一次比一次让我失望 我入住房间在十三楼走廊里充满了厨房的油烟味 这次房中连小冰箱都欠奉！员工热情以大不如以前！尤其是入住登记处 下次我想我必须另找酒店了 很可惜！

真心无语了，订完房间到酒店说没说房间了，这种情情况不是应该主动帮人升级么，酒店前台和经理一点事儿都不管，为了入住自己花钱升级了房间，结果又说不能入住，就点设施一般就算了，可服务至少好点也行，感觉员工完全没有受过培训，这么多年第一次住了这么烂的酒店，推荐大家不要来了！
