比想象中的要坏的多，真的想不通艺龙怎么推荐这样的酒店，晚上有小孩说是给加床被子，酒店居然说都洗了没有多余的，空调是挂机得自己回房间才能开了，差点热死，中午退房前台居然没有人，挂个牌子说上卫生间了，等了半个小时才来人，真的是无语了，对艺龙也无语了！

酒店没话说，还是挺好。就是艺龙网处理订单这次做得太糟糕，2月9号下了两张单订了13号的三间房，想到13号到店估计得晚上8点，为保万一给艺龙客服打了电话，客服沟通后说两间的那张订单需要担保，一间那张不用担保。还是以防万一给客服说两张单都担保。并且办理了担保。13号晚到店，酒店说只有一张订单一间房，另外一张订单已取消，且无多余房间。找艺龙客服，告知有张订单担保不成功，单子被取消了。担保不成功你即时告知我一声啊，还有一两天时间不能处理吗，这大晚上人生地不熟的让人去找店，太糟糕了。还好酒店工作人员比较好，把到点未入住的另两个房间给了我们，点个赞。对艺龙这次强烈差评！
