一次极差的住宿体验，不知道这家酒店是怎么评上三星级的，400多的客房房间地毯全是污点，简直另人呕吐！硬件差还不是重点，服务员的态度简直是奇葩，我人生第一次经历住酒店被前台检查行李包的，而且就在酒店大堂正中间开包检查，丝毫不顾及客人的隐私，有没有搞错我是你们的客人而不是罪犯，我没感觉到一丝的尊重！要不是订单无法取消我当时就想退单！酒店前台似乎没有搞清楚自己的角色，一副爱住不住的嘴脸，似乎在告诉客人这是皇城根你们这些乡下来的要讲规矩，我呸，这么贵的价格，如此低端的服务迟早倒闭！
