环境很好，但房间实在卫生太差，一股强烈的霉臭味，找了半天是地毯发霉。还不给换房，说喷点清洁剂。服务实在一般。但在延庆可选择太少。宾馆占着资源，有恃无恐，性价比低低低。

酒店设施老化了，房间也不太干净，尤其地毯，早餐也不好，太油！也就是温泉还不错。这么大片地方好好管理应该是很有优势的。

总体还可以，设施和服务基本上是如家的水平，价格再便宜100比较合理。温泉没有去泡，无法评价，不过去那住大部分顾客是去泡温泉的
