非常无语，下单时想把保留时间按通常习惯选在20:00，结果只有17:00一个选项，由于航班晚点，到达酒店时间是17:06，结果酒店就把订单取消了，:然后就说没房了，实际当时没有新人等待入住。龙翠会员如此待遇还是前所未有。商业利益高于服务，这种酒店不推荐，何况前往酒店很不方便，兜了一大圈。
