酒店还不错。环境挺好。房间也干净，门童服务很好，房间没有wifi前台服务还好。地点很偏，但离广阳城地铁不远。唯一不爽的是已经提前定好并开好房，在工作忙得半死时有个酒店销售电话说要协调换个房间，我们说不太方便，结果那销售居然非得说我是续住的，有人比我们早就定了这间房，还去年就订了。靠！我从艺龙开始就预定了8天，一进酒店就开了8天的房跟我要了3000押金，哪儿能得出我续住啊！去年人家订的房开给我干嘛呀？我们一大堆行李收拾换个房间容易么？要是好好说，或者协商下带来的不便给点歉意也或可商量，结果非得说我续住的，我比人家订的晚，好像都是我的错，就应该收拾东西给人让地方。本来在外面出差累得要死，接到几次这个电话直接怒了。对这个酒店的好印象直接被扣了50分！！！！莫名其妙简直。

酒店交通还是挺便利的，距离地铁站比较近，沿小路步行10分钟，在房山区党校斜对面

酒店装修还不错，挺干净也比较安静推荐入住。旁边距离社科院研究生院很近。不过周边相关配套比较少

酒店设施还可以，够得上标准三星吧，挂牌也是长城标志的三星。卫生也算不错。毛巾，浴巾什么的有些旧。
热水相当的好，水量大，温度高。
服务挺好，本来酒店规定12点退房，稍加商量即同意延时，表扬一下
缺点：位置很偏，打车不易
