给我做了升级，而且不服态度比较好，房间比较大，但是设施过于老旧，房间内光线特别暗，卫生一般吧，但是水龙头等五金件水渍感觉很脏，浴缸里还有红色痕迹，浴缸边上还有生锈。

离故宫天安门广场超近的 去哪都很方便 附近就有便利店啥都有 马路对面有个大碗居口味不错性价比高是老北京口味 打车叫滴滴也方便 过个红绿灯有公交车去什刹海什么也方便 附近就有四季民福和东来顺 整体很棒棒棒

酒店里很香，大堂干净明亮，虽然房间没有预想的大，但是卫生很好。前台和房间服务员态度热情服务周到。周围各景点距离近很方便。酒店位置在故宫东华门附近，距离天安门和王府井都很近，交通便利，公交地铁出行方便。唯一觉得欠佳的就是洗澡间没有门，给孩子洗澡有些冷，还溅的到处是水，这点很不好。

环境和服务都很好，带个小庭院，设施很全，北京这么干的天气还贴心的准备了加湿器。床很舒服，房间采光特别好。位置更是不用说，距离故宫东华门只有100多米，距离王府井步行街也就三四百米，周围都是各部委和名胜古迹。早上的早餐还不错，虽然选择不是很多，但是味道还不错。
