大概4年前住过这家金霖酒店，当时给我留下非常好的印象。没想到这次给我的感觉是这是家正在退步的酒店，这几年没进步反而在退步也是不容易。先说优点，1.地理优势，离大栅栏、八大胡同都很近，周边很多吃的。2.酒店内饰用了心的，高大上简洁低调奢华，镜片还有暖气。3.750元一晚豪华房性价比高。失望的：1.不知道是不是换了管理层，之前宾至如归的服务没了，以前一打开电视机可以看到客人的名字出现在电视画面，欢迎入住，这是很贴心的设计，现在没了省事了。2.五星级酒店居然不送免费矿泉水，找遍了房间每个角落只有收费水，没有免费矿泉水，别说五星级酒店，连普通商务、便捷酒店也不会取消一间房两支水的服务吧？衣柜没有手提袋，布袋、纸袋、塑料袋统统没有。3.想入住两天，说不确定有房间，问她什么时候能确定，也说不知道，让我收拾好行李拖着到前台，退了房又给我续了一天，续房时告诉前台，早上有人敲我房门说我窗帘坏了要进来修，我还在睡觉不方便。请在我外出时去修不要打扰休息，结果今天一早又敲门去修窗帘了。4.两天早上9点多都连续有前台打电话问我今天退不退房？我晕倒，怎么不考虑有晚睡习惯的客人？12点没到至于一大早电话吵醒客人吗？
