非常差的一次感受，五星酒店，尽然除了护发素什么也不放，洗澡的时候才发现没有东西，打了四个电话，15分钟才有人送上来，结果两个人送了一个牙刷，还解释说上个客人走了忘记补充了，反应给总台也是说你们是网络定的吧我，难道网络定的就不配接受优质服务吗，早餐的面包也是干的都快卷起来了，到我们离店也没有人出来解释道歉，看来是习以为常
