来昆泰物超所值，房间性价比很高，住的也舒适，尤其喜欢边间房五环路方向，每次都在携程订房，有直播在**直播间囤货几单，超级划算，尤其感谢前台我谷姐姐的推荐，每次热情周到的服务都让我很开心满意，来昆泰就跟家里一样，打扫的服务生们都特别好。早餐吃的很好。种类丰富，满意满意！

公司出差来昆泰很方便，地理位置优越，而且房间性价比在周边地区相对来説特别好，CBD商圈，设备设施齐全，服务员们服务态度呢不错，很热情，感谢服务经理Lucy谷给予的关照安排，李媛媛退房办理手续很快速，服务态度很热情，满意她们的服务，会继续入住。

来昆泰入住期间赶上了大会期间，房间很紧缺，入住到店后房间还没有乾净的，服务经理谷姐快速帮我处理协调优先安排，速度还是可以的，没有等太久，这种服务体现了宾客至上，让人感觉很有温度，人性化。退房离店胡鑫也帮我协调时间，及时提醒录入车牌，特别暖心，会经常入住。

We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a "pet" robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.
