虽然設施有些旧,但服务很好,我們落了件睡衣,隔天打电话去前台,很热情帮忙查找.找到了并邮寄回来,整个过程工作人員都很有耐心。早餐样不多,碱包做的很好吃.

房间不大，导致沙发和写字台的位置很拥挤，其他方面都还不错。床软，很舒服。卫生间设施不错，淋雨和下水都很好，其他洁具一般。毛巾非常好。早餐没吃不知道。服务很迅速，态度也不错。

我在booking 的预定已经在18天前就在booking上做了取消，今天booking电话确认说早已经取消，为什么你们酒店前台还没接到，还在问另一件房间的事情？你们到底发生了什么？作为酒店在得知顾客已经取消不应该自己去查一下？而是不停的在骚扰顾客？服务差评的原因，请给出解释。booking已经在今天邮件告知贵店，请自己确认一下可以吗？
