基本都是团体开会学习的人住，酒店设施比较旧，是单位的招待所，就在环境研究所内，内在环境不错，早餐在职工食堂，品种很少，基本上8点半职工上班后就没了，最好8点前去吃，不要有太多期望，能填饱肚子就不错了！不过在暑假旺季，酒店性价比还是很高的

老古董的酒店服务设施，90年代的风格和设施。国企化的管理模式；房间内连插座都找不到。到这个酒店很难找到它。

停车很方便，环保局的招待所对外营业，有专门的食堂，楼下小花园很是惬意，还可以享受全民健身的机会。房间设备老化，浴帘旧的没发形容。

位于环保部环发中心的大院内，门口有公交站，去地铁方便，但地铁过来有点绕，安静。重要的是性价比合理，比周边的快捷酒店还便宜。下次来还会来这住。
