住过很多次了，但昨晚真的让我很失望，屋里空调开到30度，夜里3点才暖和起来，隔壁一直唱歌，房间不知道为什么会有味道，总之不好过的一晚

客房大姐非常热心，第二次住了，同一个大姐给打扫的房间，送了好吃的小零食。忘带充电器，也能免费借用～安检的小哥也很负责，帮忙按电梯～

第一次入住这家酒店，交通便利，临近地铁与北京南站，酒店内环境优雅，大堂设有休息区，有茶及小食品供应，房间内干净整洁，服务员热情周到，进房间时已经提前把空调打开，非常贴心，下次还要选择这家酒店入住
