周末来北京住，找前台开间房间，到房间刚歇会发现墙上全是蟑螂，卫生条件及其恶劣，脏乱差，住的313号房间，找前台安排换房，告我房不多了，结果给换了一间单人房，还骗我说是大床房，就这服务态度实在是没话说，不想多事，果断加50块钱升级了房间，升级的房间一个灯还是不亮的，真想卷人了，这服务态度是不是要倒闭了，太影响心情了，奉劝大家千万别来这家酒店，太差，卫生服务全不行！！！
