垃圾太垃圾了，环境非常老旧 设施也很老，感觉得二十多年了，房间里的灯也不亮 整个房间阴森森的 服务也不好 行李箱也没人给送货上楼 带着孩子带着行李箱 也没人给説送到楼上去，浴室里简直惨不忍睹，冲着大厅布置的圣诞树才入住的 根本没必要入住 直接进大厅拍拍就走得了

带妈妈在协和看眼睛，选择入住在距离较近励俊酒店。大堂的圣诞浓度已达90%，超级出片。酒店整体的巴洛克的城堡还是很有感觉的。酒店内设有中餐厅，法餐自助，咖啡厅……选择了188一位的法餐自助，种类不多，算是简餐吧。早餐水平中等。泳池不错，救生员小哥哥是全酒店服务最热情的，必须点赞一下。酒店在王府井里，逛街购物就餐都很方便。

Как во дворце: мой восторг от Legendale Hotel Beijing
Если вы мечтали пожить, как император — это именно то место.
Отель Legendale поразил с первых шагов: роскошный интерьер в духе старинного европейского дворца — колонны, лепнина, мрамор, ковры, люстры… каждый уголок дышит величием.
Сон, как на облаке:
Кровать — восхитительно удобная, будто обнимает. Постельное бельё — гладкое, скользящее, невероятно приятное телу. А одеяло — лёгкое, воздушное, как пушинка. Пробуждение здесь — удовольствие.
Завтраки — отдельная симфония вкуса:
Каждое утро ждала королевская трапеза:
? яичница по вашему вкусу,
? ароматный бекон,
? нежные сосиски,
? запечённая рыба,
? свежие фрукты и многое другое.
Качественно, разнообразно, очень вкусно.
Локация — идеальна:
До метро — буквально пару минут пешком. Рядом — известная улица Ванфуцзин, магазины, рестораны, и вся культурная жизнь Пекина.
Важно знать:
Депозит за 3 суток проживания составил 1000 юаней — стандартная практика, которую возвращают при выезде.
Общее впечатление:
Отель подарил ощущение роскоши, комфорта и полной расслабленности. Здесь хочется остаться подольше… и вернуться снова.

Staying at the Legendale Hotel Beijing felt less like a simple hotel stay and more like living inside a documentary about hospitality. It reminded me of the way Claridge’s in London is portrayed—not just about luxury, but about the people who truly care for their guests and turn small moments into lasting memories.
When I first arrived in China, I had no idea how to send a parcel—especially without a local phone number and ID. The floor manager, Jenny, kindly told me: “Just go to the concierge, they will help with everything.” And she was absolutely right. The concierge manager not only arranged the shipment, but personally supervised the courier while they packed my bottles of wine. What struck me most was how he cared even more than I did—checking every detail as if it were his own. In Australia, I could never imagine staff being so genuinely invested in a guest’s problem.
I also want to thank Jenny. Beyond her helpfulness, she was a joy to talk to—warm, funny, and sincere. Those conversations made me feel at home in a new country. It reminded me again of what I saw in Claridge’s: the true magic of a great hotel comes not from its marble halls, but from the kindness of its people.
And I cannot forget my floor cleaning attendant, Zhou Xiaodan. She was meticulous, always folding my clothes neatly even when I left them scattered. Every time I saw her, she greeted me with a genuine smile—not the polite, professional kind, but one that came straight from the heart. That smile gave me warmth that no other hotel has ever provided.
The Legendale gave me much more than a comfortable room and a prime location. It gave me a profound sense of human care. That is what makes this hotel unforgettable, and why I would sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

环境：酒店装修得很精致，欧式宫廷风格，能看出来过去应该是非常豪华的那一类酒店，只不过目前的装修和设施相对来说看着就有点老了，而且也不智能；大厅的香味太浓了，有点薰的头疼
服务：服务不错，进酒店有人帮忙拿行李，指引去前台办理入住，房间里有蚊子打给前台马上就拿了点蚊香上来，谘询问题回答的也比较及时热情
卫生：卫生挺好的，拖鞋软软的很舒服，房间打扫的也很干净
设施：设施相比其他的同档次酒店稍显老旧了，房间内灯的标识不够清晰，需要自己一盏一盏打开，窗帘也是手动的，水龙头是一个冷一个热，比较古老的设施。。。但是总体来说还是可以的

设施：房间及公区装修略显老旧，毕竟2008年的酒店，在寸土寸金的王府井，可以理解。但健身房和泳池设施看上去多年未更新，说不过去。
卫生：比较干净整洁，房间拖鞋很舒服。
环境：地理位置没得说，酒店还带个小花园，甚是难得。
服务：餐厅服务热情友好，礼宾部服务态度有问题，对老外热情周到，国人问个路不带正眼瞧，培训不到位。
