昨晚没有热水 服务员说好像热水器坏了 当时已经晚上十一点 有点郁闷后来给换房间了 同层还是没有热水依旧没法洗澡 后来又换到16层 才舒服的洗个澡 酒店应该重视一下设备问题 服务生服务态度很好 很有耐心的解决客户问题 因为多次入住 对这家酒店感觉还是不错的
