服务很认真，对客人提出的问题没一点都积极的对待，帮助解决。房间超级大，特别的适合大家庭同住，三个卧室都有独立卫浴，客厅和餐桌的独立区域设计合理。

最差的一次订单，房间阴潮有蚊子。明明有房不给换因为他们要留给长租的客人。最后还是携程和他们要求才把房退掉。房间什么也没有收我三千元押金。千万不要订太差了。从服务到硬件真的没见过。

老旧店，处处透着岁月的痕迹，无论是设施还是家具，那残破是你躲不掉的感觉，走廊里散发着淡淡的酸爽的味道，也不时提醒你这曾是北京最早的四星级酒店之一。三间宽敞的大房都配有独立卫生间，古董一样的设施，让你不禁需要鼓足勇气，床够多了还加什么，不过除了床罩和枕头，真的不想再碰那下面任何东西，特别是床垫细思极恐，丽都公寓位置在四环外，停车还是比较方便，但周边几个路口都有修路，堵车会让人抓狂

硬件设施虽然有些陈旧，干净整洁，可以接受，公寓房间大，配套完善，很方便。只是前台服务态度冰冷，而且业务不熟。要停车票让我到公寓处拿，可是公寓却说没有，最后缴费离店。打电话咨询事物请注意措辞和语气，让人心里很不爽！我是顾客和你客客气气礼貌问话，你语气上调一副高高在上的样子看不出服务意识。总之，有店大欺客的感觉。
