服务态度太差了，前台那绿色短头发的女的跟我欠她钱是的，入住时就爱答不理，打电话到前台说话还特别横，做服务行业怎么还有这种人，服务太差了，前台酒店的脸面居然还整绿色头发
酒店环境住宿都特别好 就是前台那女孩服务态度让人心寒 以后不会在关顾了
