之前看预订的评价都很好，结果去了以后真心后悔啊，交通是很便利，和平里北街出来坐127电车两站路，往前走500米就到了，附近吃的地方也很多，就是条件太差了，隔音真心不好，每天早上5,6点就有人在院子里走动，很吵，晚上11,12点也没有消停的，24小时热水每次要放20分钟左右才能有，没有客房服务，wifi也用不了，一点信号都没有

第一，订完后我又再次打电话和他确认了一下，是否有三人间，他说有，结果我到那了他说没有三人间了，说五一有很多人订完房间后没有来，所以没给我留，别人不来不是你违约的理由啊，结果给找个单人间，又找了个双人间，单人间很小，说有热水结果也没有，双人间就更奇葩了，两张床，一张床有一个占了床一半宽的一个大坑，床垫上的，这给我睡的那个腰酸背痛啊，另一张床也有一个三分之一宽的小坑，真是坑人来了？晚上很多租客在外大声喧哗，影响休息，极度不推荐来这家住！

适合人多家庭经济一般，较多人出行，
不过人多的话完全可以去家庭公寓，还能做饭，犯不着来哪里
