这酒店，我是出差第二次来，每次来住几天，酒店设施一般，性价比一般，前台部分人员服务差，不抬头，面无表情，也不看订单内容，酒店服务较差，午睡时直接进门打扫房间，也不敲门经过同意，保洁人员以自己工作为先，抢占电梯，不以顾客为先，早餐单一且不丰富，由于离出差地较近所以选择，管理水平及服务态度需提升。
