位置很好，设施实在差一些，房间小没有关系，关键是洗澡完了以后发现没有梳子，洗漱用品只有一个打开包装的牙刷，其他都没有，真是情何以堪。打电话要，20分钟以后又拿来一个牙刷。。。说听错了，以为就差牙刷。
洗澡的地方地漏不好，流出来的水流满了整个卫生间，拖鞋也漂起来了。
其他还好吧。
建议入住后立即检查房间情况，缺什么赶紧打电话。

正如大多数用户所言，设施是陈旧了点，但服务态度、交通位置、房间卫生都还不错；旁边有个世纪坛农贸市场，水果很便宜

房间实在是很小，设施陈旧，屋内电水壶打开一股酸味，没敢用。服务员的态度还是不错的，就在央视旁边，办事方便

酒店交通便利，吃饭不便。大堂经理态度好，但是酒店有点小气，住了5天，后面几天都不给拖鞋和洗手的小香皂！

因为飞机晚点加上路上堵（航班17：30才落首都机场），耽误了在18点之前到酒店，被前台告知订单失效了，与携程电话联系，客服也说原订单不可用要重下订单且担保，而且不是网上订就不返现，我人就在前台，只得作罢，先按无预订住下，第二天才又重新订余下三天并办入住，反正是一次不爽的经历，记得原来还有临近18点时客人未入住的询问电话，给予保留订单等后续补充处理，感觉服务挺到位的，可这次…唉，携程不会是显现衰败的迹象吧？这可不好！
