离地铁口不到100米，很近喔！房间很大，很敞亮，由于要了靠南的窗户，所以地铁路过的声音会很大，不过我不受影响哦！房间的地板破一点，卫生间设计的是有点缺心眼，上面不封闭，会跑味的。其它没什么了，性价比挺高。
