前台总有业务不熟悉的的实习生 分不清楚酒店内部注释的缩写是什么意思 酒店有连同房 就是两个房间内有一个门是通的 隔音很差 另外酒店有很少的房间是没有窗户的 还有部分房间客人在里面吸烟 走后打扫通风不够 房间里面有烟味 故意在订房网站上写明高级房部分没窗 好找借口把这样的房间给你 现在预定app上居然连大床双床房的选项都没了 还有一些房间 门铃半夜自己就响 不止响一次 请酒店方好好改正一下吧
