地段非常棒，簋街旁边很热闹，出行方便，吃饭方便，但是门面不好找在胡同里面北京出租车司机都没听说过那个路名，里面环境是看起来比较破旧的也很小，房内灯光不够亮空调马力不足，卫浴设施也比较凑合，水很小而且洗脸池只能出冷水，洗澡的喷头是坏的房门内保锁是坏的也不给修，唯一的优势就是地段好。

很完美的四合院体验了，住的庭院大床房，房间除了插头不大好，其他都挺好，厕所的装修看上去特别干净舒服。房门外的大被子挡帘作为南方人觉得好神奇，温度完全不一样了，房间暖气足，里面穿短袖都不冷。庭院也特别舒服，起来晒太阳撩个猫什么的安逸的不得了

每次来北京都住的四合院，外国人很多。环境卫生啥的完全没问题啊!关键是离地铁站近，附近好吃的也多。独自来北京看华晨宇演唱会，没想到居然同房隔壁房都有火火呀！敲开心！

卫生很干净，这点是我看中的，带妈妈出来一个怕潮一个怕蚊子 ，这两点还好，屋子内很宽敞，住下特别舒服，唯独第一天洗澡水不热，可能天气原因吧？早上七点半有装修电钻声音，不一会儿就没有了。
