第一，主观方面的，很感动，定的是预付费的房，本来应该是不能退的，但航班延误还不确定起飞时间，入住的可能性不大，接电话的小哥说帮忙向领导反映，很快就回复同意了，赞一个，超nice。第二，客观方面的，之前总是路过，外观上看很气派，听住过的朋友说里面也很不错。总之推荐👍
