酒店环境绿化覆盖率高，安静、且周边有羽毛球馆和地热资源博物馆等；服务员态度良好，业务能力需要提高。我是多次入住酒店之人，酒店设备维护下降，卫生也有所下降。

住了好多次了，性价比不错，有点冷，但给了暖风机，孩子过生日，在客厅搭了公主帐蓬，很开心。旁边有植物园，里面有好多小孩子玩的游乐设施，门票60元，小孩子免票，鹦鹉园鸟食10一份，游乐单独买票，有90元套票，里面有餐厅，下午2点关门。

本来带着小孩无奈只能订的标间，因为网上没有大床房了，来了想换大床房，态度很不好的说因为你是艺龙预付的，所以换不了，要是现付的就可以换有大床的，那就是说还有大床，只是因为把钱提前交了，艺龙扣佣金了就不能换了，结果晚上很不方便，两张床中间有个挂柜，两张床也无法并起来。打电话问前台想多要个枕头，居然告诉我没有多余的，都满了，明明旁边几间都没有入住，灯都是黑的，告诉我住满了。总之态度和服务都很不好。哎！第一次住也是最后一次住，下次再也不住这了！希望能改进。

在艺龙订房千万不要预付，预付了无论多么差的房子你都的住，不会给你退款的，艺龙就是个大骗子，这个酒店不错
