12楼服务员其中一个，年龄50左右，态度极差，大概是北京人，有北京口音，问问题极其不耐烦，说话也很霸道，感觉这酒店她家开的，服务行业讲态度，酒店难道没培训过吗？我是2.13日中午入住的，明天后天还有2天，我忙完了会拍那服务员照片上传，留着大家瞻仰，说到做到！
